A PageHeader, then a single column capped at max-w-form of Card sections, each a labelled region with a title, a description, labelled Inputs with optional hints and a CardFooter with its Save button. One primary per page: the last section's Save is primary and earlier sections' are secondary. Renders the main area only.

The block renders the main area; the preview places it in the real AppShell, TopBar and SideNav as its own document, so it keeps its own landmarks and its single h1.
